Hello there
I want to make money with affiliate marketing and i am looking for a way to promote my affiliate programs on search engines without having to have a site to add them. Just my affiliate link to promote. Can someone help?

Ok, let me make sure I understand the question.

You have an affiliate link that you want to promote on search engines and you don't want to use your own website.

If that is the case, then why not create some articles related to your affiliate programs and insert your link so the search engines can pick up the article for content.

I am looking to learn affiliate marketing. I understand the concept involves searching Clickbank for a product to promote and then promoting it. the trouble I am having is I don't know how to promote it properly without losing heaps of money in the process. Also I don't know how to build a website or how to do SEO on it. I really would like a quick education on this. Help

There are a number of ways you can get involved in a affiliate marketing… and you don't have to spend a lot of money to get started. The one thing you do need to invest is time… time to learn the skills you need, and time maintaining your affiliate program. You also don't have to be able to build a website, as there are a lot of different options and methods of getting involved in affiliate marketing

Adsense is only one of many different revenue streams. I do not keep all my eggs in one basket and neither should you. On the days when PPA numbers are down, the PPC campaigns seem to kick in to boost the numbers…

Whats the main keyword in the article, because from a SEO point of view that should come first, or at less somewhere near the beginning.

Ok, I want to be able to earn a bit of extra cash in my spare time and I've heard a load of hype about affiliate marketing. I've never tried to do anything like this before but am thinking of giving it a go. I've been looking at stuff on the internet to do with this and it all sounds great but is there anyone here who actually does this and makes money? Can anyone give me any hint & tips to get started?

Now I own a website which attracts free traffic from the search engines. When you own your own website you can "presell" your visitors before sending them to your affiliate links. This increases your conversion rate. This is the perfect ebook to read for anyone who wants to learn about affiliate marketing. I have read it, practiced it, and it helped me to develop the skills necessary to earn money online. You can read the ebook for free and it will answer a lot of your questions.

I recentley joined a affiliate marketing program because it sounded so easy but after I joined it seems to be very confuseing and difficult. I just want to know if anyone has done this and had any positive results and should I stick with it or drop it?

All of these people are trying to seperate your money from your wallet by promising you fortunes through affiliate marketing.

Take it from a 20 year veteran in the IT field with 10 years in web marketing.

The only way you can make money on the internet is if you have a unique product people can use or want, and it fills a niche.

Being an affiliate simply means being one of thousands of others trying to do the same as you. The days of spamming millions and getting rich off the 1-2% response are over since the CAN-SPAM laws. Now you can see huge fines and even jail time.

Don't get sucked into this. Look for something unique - look for smething that isn't being done out there - or something that is that you can do even better.

I own a conglomerate that has 9 subsidiaries, all doing something totally different. Only one company is multilevel based, another is direct sales. The other companies are retail based or consulting services.

I found needs in various industries and found ways to fulfill those needs.

I have been trying to make a little money with affiliate marketing for over a year. I have not made a dime. I have followed the instructions I have received, but no sales. I have no money and can,t try buying my way in. What can I try?HELP!

I know you're asking an honest question, and feel like you are struggling, and failing at something you really wanted to do and succeed in. I'm sorry that the last poster laughed and said you were "sucked in".

I also am an affiliate marketer, and it is something that I love to do! I have been doing it since November, and no I am not making thousands a week, or a month, but it is getting to a point where I am seeing a profit. But, I do mostly PPC advertising, so I am just trying to stay even for now until I figure out the right products and the right keywords to make it work.

That is what the "super affiliates" do. Some may be very lucky to be able to make big money right away, but I am sure that most of the "gurus" have been at this for years before something clicked for them and they made a fortune.

What can you try? I would say if you really like affiliate marketing, like I do, learn all you can about Internet marketing–read everything you can. Do you have any keyword tools? Those help me a lot, since you need to find keywords which have less competition. I have 2 different ones, plus I use Google's keyword tool.

Do you have a website? Or do you just advertise your affiliate links?
If you find the right niche, and make a website about that niche, and include advertising for the affiliate products on the website, choose the right keywords, and get your website included in the search engines and get traffic to your site, then that will begin to just run on autopilot.
That takes several weeks to get a site listed in the search engines, so continue advertising your affiliate links through other ways. PPC if you have some advertising money available, or through traffic exchanges, email campaigns, etc.

If you continue to learn and apply all you can (not just what the affiliate programs tell you to do), invest some money into helpful software (like keyword tools), make your own websites with your own domain (so you don't have to compete with others of the same affiliate programs), and just continue plugging away at advertising in different ways (articles, blogs, social networking, etc), you WILL start seeing a profit!!

BELIEVE you can succeed, and don't focus on the sales (or lack thereof). All it will take is finding the right combination, and you will be successful! Affiliate marketing is a legitimate way to make money (too bad other people don't understand that, and judge it wrongly…).

I am somewhat new to affiliate marketing and I am not sure if I need a landing/squeeze page when I am using ppc. I am not interested in building a list just yet.

It all depends on what your end goal is in terms of your marketing efforts.

A landing page is that extra piece of real estate that you could use to help you get the sale.
If you need more space to persuade a potential customer to make a sale, use landing pages.

I�ve made sales doing straight links & landing pages.

When you are ready to collect names and addresses for a list, a landing page is a great place to put up a subscription form.
